COVID-19 Safety Precautions
We ask that our clients support the health of our community by following these guidelines:
Reschedule your appointment if youβre not feeling well, have a fever or have been in contact with someone who is sick. Our cancellation policy will not apply if you need to reschedule your appointment due to illness.
Mask mandates have been lifted. If your stylist requests a mask they will provide one for you if you do not have one upon arrival.
Please respect social distancing protocol while waiting for your appointment and as you leave the salon.
We are working hard to keep you and our salon community safe, and we know we can count on you too.
Cancellation Policy
We honor a 24-hour cancellation policy. If a service is missed, cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time, the guest will be responsible for the full cost of the service. We value our guests and their time. However, we are also mindful of the time and opportunity lost to our service providers when an appointment is missed, cancelled or rescheduled without sufficient notice. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please click on the Cancel/Reschedule button in the confirmation email you received. If you have created an account in our online booking system, you may also log into your account to manage your appointments.
